My sister died last night at 7:30 . Wow I’m flooded with emotions . You don’t know till you have lived it I guess that’s part of the surprise in life . I remember my sister and feel a great loss and sadness . Not only for myself but for my mom and her kids . Things haven’t been unicorns and rainbows ( but are the ever ? ) so this chapter comes to an end . She’s in a better place as are Michael , Sara , Sean & there spouses .They all got married recently started new chapters now I know why . One chapter ends another begins . I’ll miss my sister my heart is so sad. But what I’m realizing is as life goes on it strengthens our character 🤔(or not ?) But it’s helped me to look at what’s really important and where my love really lies : family , memories, compassion, support, creation, beauty, and each day . Thank you for this day , as sad as it is and as painful as it is , I know I’m alive and am grateful for it ❤️ my thoughts let shit go and appreciate each moment .,good or bad it’s part of who we are and who we become . What we had yesterday we may not have tomorrow . Yesterday I had my sister, my sister had pain , today we have neither . Each day brings a new beginning in one way or another . Thank you for today !
